An experienced HSE diver and underwater photographer, Simon Burt has built up an impressive marine-life portfolio during his years of diving professionally and for pleasure.

Lundy Island Marine Nature Reserve is presently home to England’s only highly protected area of sea. Since 2003 its 3.3km2 No-Take Zone has given this one small area the chance to recover and thrive. Cameraman: Doug Anderson. Dive Team: Simon Burt, Richard Bull and Kat Brown.

2009 – Workshops – Underwater Photography
Designed for beginners, this full-day course delivers information and techniques on how to develop your photographic skills. It is ideally suited to qualified divers who would like to improve their underwater photos. Simon will also introduce basic post-production techniques using Photoshop CS3. The day includes a shore dive at Pendennis Point (weather permitting) with post-dive critique and suggestions on how to take better pictures.
