
The Taittinger UK Sommelier of the Year competition recognises the very finest talent in wine service. Organised by The Caterer, in partnership with the Academy of Food and Wine Service, the event is open to professional sommeliers working in the UK. I photographed the SW heat for Hospitality Media which was held at Hotel Du Vin, Bristol earlier this year. Here are a few of the images.











It’s good to be back supporting my clients in any way I can. Businesses are starting to get ready for opening in a few weeks so I’m busy shooting food and interiors for some of my hospitality clients.
I love Cardiff Bay at night; the reflections on the still water and the stunning modern architecture of the Millennium Centre building.
