Appleton’s Restaurant, set up by Andy Appleton and partner Lyndsey Marshall in 2016 serves modern innovative food using fresh ingredients from the local area as well as specialist foods from Italy.
Andy’s passion for all things Italian came from his travels and of course his nine years as Head Chef at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall. His leap of faith to leave this post and set up his own restaurant has paid off and now in the third year the restaurant goes from strength to strength.
I shot some food images recently which are destined for the website but have also had other uses in the restaurant’s marketing and on their business cards.
