Chef Michael Caines has taken over at the Cove at Maenporth, Falmouth. I spent a few frenetic hours shooting as much food, portraits and details as I possibly could to get some images for the new website which goes live this week (16th March). Regulars to the restaurant won’t see too much difference, the interior has had a light refurbishment and of course there’s new signage. Many of the staff have stayed too so regulars will see some familiar faces. The menu however has Michael’s stamp on it but from what I’ve seen it won’t disappoint!
I’m looking forward to going back as a diner as soon as possible ☺️
