I had two days in the summer photographing Brynowen Holiday Park for Parkdean Resorts.
It was a pleasure to work with Chris and Sue Graves again and the Charles family for the first time. The children couldn’t do enough to help and needed little direction from me – they were even keen to carry bags!
It was my first time at Brynowen which nestles between Cardigan Bay, with Aberystwyth to the south and the Cambrian mountains to the north. It would be hard to find a park with better views. We were there in July and although the park was full, to my surprise Ynyslas beach, just a short drive away, was virtually deserted. We spent the second day here running around in the sand dunes, strolling on the beach and making sand castles.
The images will be used in the company’s marketing as well as on the park’s website and on posters and banners across all relevant parks.

You might recognise a mechanical model of the solar system, one that that illustrates or predicts the relative positions and motions of the planets and moons. But did you know it’s called an astrological orrery?
In these unprecedented times it pays to think outside the box. Rowes Bakery have taken the box theme and put their pasties in them and they’re sending them to customers via their online sales service.
